• We charge 1,000 pesos for a lost or broken helmet.

We are very hopeful that you will drive safely and not get into any accidents, be it minor or major. But in case of an accident, any damages and/or injuries incurred is at your expense. Please drive safely and defensively at all times.

• 1 day is considered 24 hours from the moment the motorbike is leased. Any returns exceeding: • 1st 30 minutes – grace period (no charge) • 2nd 30minutes – 300 pesos (late charge) • Succeeding delays – one day rent (24 hours) We hope you understand that in our effort to serve everyone, we want to make sure we have enough time to check and prepare our motorbikes for the next clients.

Normal wear and tear is acceptable, but in the case of noticeable scratches and/or damages, we will assess and finalize a charge upon return.

• We hope this will NEVER happen to you. But in case of theft, renter will be responsible for reimbursing KG MOTORCYCLE RENTAL for the current price of the motorbike PLUS the cost of any accessories that were provided at the time of the rental.
